Outreach
WARM Center’s Street Outreach Program brings compassion and support directly to people experiencing unsheltered homelessness. Our outreach workers meet individuals where they are—on the streets, in camps, and in other places not meant for habitation—providing immediate help while building trust and connection.
Key Features
Basic Needs Support – Distribution of food, water, hygiene items, clothing, and other essential supplies.
Connection to Services – Assistance with accessing shelter, healthcare, benefits, and other vital community resources.
Case Management in the Field – Outreach workers provide one-on-one support to help individuals create goals and take steps toward stability.
Relationship-Building – Consistent, compassionate contact helps break down barriers and guide people toward housing solutions.
Why It Matters
For many experiencing unsheltered homelessness, Street Outreach is the first point of connection to help and hope. By meeting people where they are, WARM provides dignity, compassion, and a pathway to shelter, services, and ultimately, permanent housing.
