Who We Are

WARM Welcome House of Peace Dale is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping end homelessness in South County since 1987.

We offer emergency shelter, a soup kitchen and transitional housing as well as case management services for those in need.

Hunger and homelessness exists in every corner of the state, including South County. WARM Welcome House is here to help!

How We Help

On any given day, as many as 20 people take comfort under our roof.

As a leading provider of homeless services in Rhode Island, Welcome House offers:

  • 18-bed shelter for single men and women
  • Transitional housing for individuals

Most importantly, the caring team at Welcome House provides encouragement, guidance, and hope to those struggling to rebuild their lives.

The soup kitchen provided over 18,000 meals to local community members each year. We hope to open the soup kitchen again soon.

How Can Your Help

Donate Time. We are able to accept volunteers Monday-Friday 8am-4pm helping out inside or outside of our main buildings.

Donate Food. We accept both perishable and non-perishable items to serve our soup kitchen visitors and shelter guests. Please call ahead to schedule a time to drop of items.

Donate Funds. We rely on donations from generous individuals, businesses, and civic groups who are committed to ending homelessness in our community.
