Designated for individuals who complete the emergency shelter program.

WARM Welcome House of Peace Dale Transitional Housing Program is designated for individuals who complete the Emergency Shelter Program but have not yet secured stable housing outside WARM Welcome House. The program is intended to be utilized for one year. The requirements for the Transitional Program are:

1. Be sober for at least 90 days and maintain sobriety,
2. Must have a consistent income (SSI, SSDI, earned income)
3. Must have personal goals (long term and short term)
4. Must be willing to work with a case manager from WARM Welcome House.

The main goal of our Transitional Housing Program is to provide supportive services to each client with the end goal being to obtain permanent housing and self-sufficiency.

We have one transitional housing unit for individual. The units are shared coed living. Each person pays a reduced fee for rent based on their income and is required to meet with a case manager weekly. These meetings help us to assist each person with their personal goals and give us the opportunity to assess each person on an individual basis.
